Growth Technology - Propagation has always been our businessOur company has been involved with propagation since the very early eighties when we produced young plants for a living. Unable to get products that delivered the rooting performance we wanted we began to buy pure hormones and mix up our own preparations - the first steps in a long road of experiment and development that was to lead eventually to the introduction of Clonex - arguably our most iconic product. There has never been a moment in the last twenty years when we have not had some sort of propagation trial underway and this has helped us to develop - or access - the most effective products for plant propagation from around the world. We can now offer a complete range of options to cover the propagation of most species under most conditions. |

Clonex Rooting Gel remains the pivotal product and we recommend its use with almost all plant species. We have always recommended its use with Rockwool and that still remains a very viable option. The trend nowadays however is towards organic rooting media and we certainly consider the Root Riot cube to be the most effective medium to use. |

Clonex Root Matrix is designed for low volume propagation and it is a remarkable way of propagating plants in that the roots can be seen emerging and developing within the translucent medium. This is a great product for small-scale propagation of house plants and the rooted plants can be held in the matrix for many weeks - either as decorative items or if there is a need to hold them for future use. |
